Refund Policy (Local & International)
1. Overview
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or broken
- Product is incorrect, incomplete, or not as described
- Product is not delivered within the promised time
- Wrong size or variation delivered (if applicable)
📌 Note: Most eCommerce platforms allow returns for such valid reasons within a limited timeframe (typically 7–14 days).
3. Return Timeframe
- Local Orders (Bangladesh):
Request must be made within 24–72 hours after delivery - International Orders:
Request must be made within 3–7 days after delivery
Returned items must reach us within:
- 7 days (local)
- 10–15 days (international)
4. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, tags, invoice
- Must provide proof (photo/video) of issue
- Unboxing video may be required for claims (recommended best practice)
5. Non-Refundable Items

For International:

8. Refund Timeline

- International: 7–15 working days

9. Shipping Charges
- If fault is ours (damaged/wrong product):

10. International Orders – Special Conditions
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
