Refund Policy (Local & International)

1. Overview

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or broken
  • Product is incorrect, incomplete, or not as described
  • Product is not delivered within the promised time
  • Wrong size or variation delivered (if applicable)

📌 Note: Most eCommerce platforms allow returns for such valid reasons within a limited timeframe (typically 7–14 days).


3. Return Timeframe

  • Local Orders (Bangladesh):
    Request must be made within 24–72 hours after delivery
  • International Orders:
    Request must be made within 3–7 days after delivery

Returned items must reach us within:

  • 7 days (local)
  • 10–15 days (international)

4. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, invoice
  • Must provide proof (photo/video) of issue
  • Unboxing video may be required for claims (recommended best practice)

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Change of mind (unless stated otherwise)
  • Used or damaged items by customer
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Discounted or clearance items (optional but recommended)

6. Refund Process

Step-by-Step:

    • Email / Website / Customer Support
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Photo/video proof
  3. Wait for approval
  4. Return the product (if required)
  5. Refund is processed after inspection

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via:

For Bangladesh:

  • bKash / Nagad / Bank transfer
  • Card refund (if paid online)
  • COD → Mobile banking / bank transfer

For International:

  • Credit/Debit Card reversal
  • SSL/PayPal / Stripe (if applicable)

8. Refund Timeline

  • Local: 3–7 working days
  • International: 7–15 working days

(Depends on payment gateway and banking process)


9. Shipping Charges

  • If fault is ours (damaged/wrong product):
    → We cover return shipping
  • If customer changes mind:
    → Customer bears return shipping cost

10. International Orders – Special Conditions

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
  • Delivery delays due to customs are not eligible for refund
  • Some products may be non-returnable internationally

11. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped → cancellation not allowed (must follow return policy)
